3/19 – Rebel Forces took over the Eastern part of Damascus, destroying the Russian Embassy Compound. Rumors say that Syrian President Assad was moved to a safer, hidden location.
The Syrian Air Force and Russia is bombing the eastern side of the city trying to push back the Rebels advancement since this morning. Al Jazeera reports
We don’t know for how long the fighting will continue in Damascus, but this destruction does bring to mind a scripture from the Bible. Isaiah 17:1 the burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city and it shall be a ruinous heap. (This prophecy has never been fulfilled.)
3/19 – Israel drone eliminated an Iranian official on the Syrian side of the Golan Heights. It is believed that this official was in charge of setting up an Iran’s front against Israel on the Golan Heights.
3/20 – Israel attacked Syrian weapons shipment meant for Hezbollah. Syria responded to the Israeli airstrikes by launching several anti-aircraft missiles towards the Israeli plane. One missile was intercepted by Israel’s Arrow defense system, one of the first times the system was used.
3/21 – Israel bombed a Hezbollah weapons convoy and Syrian army anti-aircraft positions near Damascus.
Moving the US Embassy to Jerusalem – An official United States delegation led by Congressman Ron DeSantis (R-FL) visited Israel to study the possibility of relocating the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. “The delegation came to Jerusalem to learn first-hand what it will mean to move the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem,” said Ruth Lieberman an Israel political advisor.

US Support For Israel Based on Judeo/Christian Values – The President of Israel, Rivlin met with Jewish US group and said support for Israel did not come from a political view but was based in values, and that it would remain as such even if from time to time there were differences of opinion. “The partnership between the citizens of the United States and the State of Israel is a moral symbol, a beacon carried by the American Jewish community.”
Palestinian Authority Continues to Pay Salaries to Terrorists – Speaking at the UNGA, Israel Nitzan gave the following report: Every year, 4% of the Palestinian Budget is used to pay salaries to terrorists in Israeli prisons – that’s $130 million dollars!
Palestinians still in debt of $430 Million to Israel’s Electric Company – Instead of funding terror attacks the PA should pay their debt to the Israel’s Electric Company in the amount of $430 million dollars. Despite this growing debt, Israel is continuing to build 4 sub-stations to improve the scope and quality of electricity provided to the Palestinians.
In 2015 more than 15,700,000 ‘Palestinians’ from Judea and Samaria received permits to work in Israel ‘proper’ where the wage is more than double of that they would earn under the Palestinian Authority (PA) if they could find work. Also, 190,000 ‘Palestinians’ received permits for medical treatment in Israel. Most of the equipment in the PA areas are outdated or not working, so they seek better medical care. ISIS Controlling Villages near Israel’s Border – Jihadists linked to ISIS took over several Syrian villages where the Israeli, Jordanian and Syrian borders converge. The villages, which had been held by the Free Syrian Army, were taken in a surprise attack on 2/20/17.
